News and the latest 2015

A couple months ago there appeared a bump in Zeus his groin. Of course we immediately had him operated. The bump was removed and examined and till our great fear it turned out it was cancer, which already was spread through his body. Because Zeus still was a cheerful and happy boy and you didn't notice anything of his fatal disease his fantastic owners Jan and Alie where Zeus lived give him the unforgettable time he deserved. On August 18 the happy days were over, cause he didn't deserve to suffer we had, with great sadness, to let him go. Thank you dear Jan and Alie Slok for the wonderful time you gave him!! Although he deserved more years with you he couldn't have had a better home these 4,5 years and we are thankful that he had his years spoiled by you, accompanied with his father Spike and best friend Kato and surrounded with your fabulous care.

Yester we had organised the Social Giant Game day. It was a very successful afternoon where we had seen lots of puppy's which are bred by us. The games and mini-behaviour course were a big success!! We received lots of pictures from the photographers and therefore we made a separated section in the menu for the Social Giant days. There you can find pictures of the walks of the past years and of course the new pictures of the game day.

With much pride we can announce that the mating of our girl Joelle by Mojo (Hefrings-Pride Legend) has been successful! In the first half of September we are expecting puppies of this lovely duo. Pictures of the ultra-sound can be seen on the litter page. Further we will place regular new pictures of our Joelle so you can follow her growing. We also enjoyed some nice walks with our dogs. We visited Surrae, a close by lake in the forest, where we like to walk and cool of the dogs.

Further we have more great news! Further we have more great news! On this moment we are very busy with measuring the right moment for a mating of our female Joelle. If everything will went well, and that's depending on mother nature, we hope to expect puppy's in September of our fawn lady Joelle and a lovely deep red colored male Mojo (Hefrings-Pride Legend). The last pictures of Dizzy her puppies are added to the litter page, also pictures with the new owners are made and placed on the Disney-page. We are very happy that we found new lovely owners and wishing them last of luck with our sweethearts. We also have kept a lady by our self, and we would like to introduce you to our newest member: Elsa. Elsa has her own page now and we like to invite you to meet her through her own page.

We have had (another) busy week. Besides the visits for cuddling and playing, further socialising with for example an umbrella and vacuum cleaner we also have taking them outside for a walk on a leash. Multiple times a day they are running very enthusiastic outside for a play, when it is raining they are staying inside. On this way we are stimulating becoming neatly and besides that they can have a nice play. Slowly the puppy's are starting to leave to their new owners, this weekend the first 3 puppy's are taken to their new home and next weekend also many puppy's will leave. However there are still 8 puppies left here it is very hard to let them go, but we are console ourselves with the thought that they make some people very happy and that we are certain they have a good home. The past week (when all the puppies were still together) we again have had help with taking pictures, this time during a play in the backyard. This and many other pictures are placed on the litter page again, together with a new movie.

Still every day we are busy with socializing. New toys and noises on a daily bases and they are reacting very well on that. Sometimes a little bit careful but they recover very fast and are then going to inspect it. New pictures and a new movie are placed on the litter page.

However this weeks are the most wonderful time of the puppies because they are developing fast, are really focussed on us, it is wonderful to be engaged with them and we are socialising them with much new sounds and situations the time of saying goodbye is coming dreary close. Luckily (for us) it isn't that time and we are enjoying intense of those beauty's. Meanwhile the biggest part of the new owners has visited us. Also the puppy's are chipped this week so the names are linked to the puppies, you can see this on the litter-page. Also the vet has visited us and all the puppy's have had their first shot and are health checked and they are all healthy declared! Daily the puppies are loose in the living room and/or outside where they are enjoying playing with each other and our other dogs. We have placed many new pictures and a movie on the litter page.

Daily the puppies are out of the welpingbox, sometimes outside and sometimes in the living room. Every time we are expanding the socialisationtraject by for example a new toy, playing loud music and playing with one of our 'adult' dogs. Carefully we introduce them to new objects and gaining new impressions. At this moment they don't drink with Dizzy anymore but only eating soaked chunks which they like very much. Dizzy takes her rest but always keeps a little eye on them, she reacts immediately when something appears to happen by checking the puppy's. Walking is going much better and at this moment they are cheerful wandering around. Meanwhile the puppies have had a couple days meals of meat to get used to solid food. It's always a big mess but they enjoy it a lot. Now they are eating soaked chunks but occasionally they are drinking by Dizzy. The puppy's are individually but also together have been out of the welpingbox in the living room. In the beginning it is always excited and they have to get used to it because there world is suddenly very big. But now they know how it works and are walking around if they never have done something else before. They also have been outside today for the first time because the weather was very nice. Also this was very exciting but soon they started to explore everything. We have placed many new pictures and two new movies on the litter page.

The theme of the litter is known! We have chosen for the theme 'Disney' and the names of all the puppy's are published on the litter page. We have also made a movie of the first 2,5 week and we have added lots of new pictures! With Dizzy and her puppy's everything is still going very well! The eyes of the puppies are open now and they are starting to walk carefully, but it still is very shaky so they regular are falling and it's lovely to see.

So far Dizzy's puppies are doing well! Also Dizzy is doing a wonderful job; she is completely in love and feeds, washes and takes care with much love. With exception of her eating/drinking moments and time for a little pee she is constantly with her puppies. We have added new pictures on the litter page, inclusive a serie of individual pictures of the puppies.

This weekend we wanted to put new pictures on the website of Dizzy with her big belly full of puppies. However Dizzy surprised us completely because she started last friday night already with her delivery, a full week to early! Even though the most puppies don't survive this early delivery Dizzy did a great job. After giving birth to 3 puppies, the 4th puppy got stuck and therefore we had to go to the vet Saturday morning for a c-section. In total there are born 13 (1) puppies but unfortunately 2 puppies didn't make it. At this moment we have 6 males and 5 females which all appear to be very strong. The coming period will be very exciting because the puppies are born way too early. However Dizzy was very tired she is doing a great job! She is completely in love with her puppies and is taking great care of them. The first pictures are placed on the litter page. When you have interested in a puppy you can contact us.

Meanwhile a couple weeks of Dizzy her pregnancy has past and you can see this loud and clear! As you can see on the pictures on the puppy page she has already a big belly. However she is doing very well we notice that her pregnancy is starting to have some discomforts, her big belly is very impractical. The welpingbox is ready and further preparations have been arranged so we are ready to welcome her puppies in about 2 weeks.

On Saturday January 31 there was the yearly clubmatch of the regional club Kv Waalwijk which we always visit every year. This year we entered Pam, Geni, Shadow and hero and they all get nice results and we are very proud of that! Pam became 1 with an excellent in the veteran class and then she became also best female! She also had to go in the ring of honour for the year price which she received because she earned the title 'Dutch Veteran Champion' in 2014. Geni became 1 with an excellent in his class, then became best male and won from Pam as BOB!! He also had to go in the ring of honour where he didn't get selected in the big group. Hero and his brother Daska had to go in the ring again each other and it was wonderful to see both brothers together! Hero won the class with a 1 place and a very promising. He had to go another time in the ring for best puppy again his sister Shadow who became best female puppy and our girl Shadow won! Therefore Shadow needed also to go back in the ring of honour for best puppy but also she wasn't picked out of the group for best puppy in show. Besides the normal entries we also entered Hero and Shadow for the couple class. We didn't really practise but we thought it would be fun to show both puppies at the same time in the ring to see how they were doing. They did an amazing job and only because Hero decided to hop the last round in the ring they didn't win but they received a very nice second place! All together a very cosy and successful day. Further our girl Dizzy is mated a couple weeks ago by Shane. The mating did go very well and now we have to wait till the ultrasound before we know it worked. Of course we are keeping you up-dated.

A new year started. We hope everybody have a year full of joy of their bullmastiff! The last days of December there have been fallen lots of snow and the dogs enjoyed that very much! To start the New Year on a good way we are announcing our next litter. Hopefully our girl Dizzy will have her last litter this spring. She will be mated by the stunner Shane of 'Pagan Dragons'. A beautiful nicely quiet and easy male which by our view fits perfectly to our girl Dizzy. Information about this litter you can find on the litter page.
